Big Bang, Amy. (x-posty)
I was a co-plotter for one of the fics, but I don't know if she made the deadline. I don't want to be pushy and ask, because it was always on the table that she might not make the submission date. Extra uber-excited to see if it's in there when the teaser summaries come up.
Talk about taking a prompt and expanding it like whoa.
Also, I'm really hoping that architeuthis finally gets his fic in. God, it's been a year now since the anticipation for his BB began?!
I don't know if he signed up this year. A couple writers I was looking forward to might not have made it--oceansex/homoerotics might not, which is a shame, since she's basically tapering off writing D/C now.
I have to set my superspecial fandork alarm clock. It would just be the first morning in a week I haven't suffered from awful insomnia.
I hate claiming. It's super scary. And now that I'm thinking about what it takes to be claimed (for the reversebang), I feel even worse off.
Is it too late to sign up as a writer for the reverse-bang?
Maybe not Anne, I know that sometimes there are unclaimed fic/art, and the comms look for pinch hitters.
I'll go check (even though I still feel a bit fried after the main BB, so what am I thinking?)
It's short, Anne. That's why I signed up. Only 3,000 words, I think?
Writing something that short will feel like a novelty.
There are some good artists signed up!
This should be fun. If I get a claim in, I get a claim in. If I don't, I don't.
