Read an interesting fic that was like the anti-WIAWSNB. Gen, even though there was some gratuitous shirtlessness followed by a conclusion rife with "they all think we're boyfriends" that, fine, I can deal, but any sequel I would actually feel misled if it didn't end in S/D. But, the intense stubborn brotherly bond is there, and it just feels kinda awesome as they each, but mostly Sam, not only take out the monsters they hunted, but do so before they caused the damage they did in the first place. It was just cleansing to read.

Ooh, I had a thought! In terms of Sam, Dean, and Bobby getting out of that room with Cas, what if Jesse (the antichrist kid who magicked off to Australia) came back?

I still think he's a huge dangling loose end, and could be a powerful ally. Or foe, I guess. But I'd like an ally.

Hmmm. I should watch it again. I remember Sam asking, but not what happened after that. And a post-S6 fic made me wonder.

This is a really sweet and sad Sam/Sarah set sometime in S6, before the finale, so it's slightly AUish with regard to where Dean is, but it doesn't really matter.

My heart is all SAMMMMMMMY right now.

Well, I finally got off my butt and made my hotel reservation. No idea what kind of tickets will be available at the door, but if nothing else I'll hopefully get to hang out with Tiggy at some point, enjoy the conservatory, and go eat at the Cascades again.
