You have 11 hours to buy this shirt.

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

I just watched "what is and what never should be" and it might be the saddest thing ever.

Yay! One of my absolute favorites! You have so many good episodes ahead of you too. I keep that episode on my phone. For a long time I thought it was my favorite, but I can think of other episodes that move me. But that is the episode that I need to have with me. Be careful of anytime that the boys are completely happy was my lesson there. Much pain will follow.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

and torture an apparently peaceful creature to the point that she died.

Something killed Lovecraft and all the others at that dinner party, so I don't think she was exactly an innocent even if she wasn't actively malevolent and predatory like most everything else with a link to Purgatory.

Huh, I wonder if the Horla or whatever it was remained attached to Dr. Visyak's soul after death, and so got eaten by Cas along with all the other dead monsters.

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

That was part that I didn't understand. Bobby said something like did you kill the HP Lovecraft and she replied with "please, that man couldn't write hello". I was just confused.

Was that "I killed him but it doesn't matter because he was a hack?" or "I wouldn't stoop to killing someone like that". I didn't understand the exchange at all.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

That struck me as odd, too. I wondered if she was implying that she was the real author of the Cthulu mythos.

"I make mistakes, but I am on the side of Good," the Golux said, "by accident and happenchance.” – The 13 Clocks, James Thurber

Oh man. The cracked-out metas are flying fast and loose all over the place, and I just read a doozy on lj - the author wrote a lengthy piece about "the representation of male sexuality in Supernatural...first, the way homophobia has been intentionally entwined into the season 6 story arc, and second, what that means for the characters." So far, so good. Until you get to this: "But first, a disclaimer, just to get it out of the way. I haven't watched Supernatural season 6 yet, and won't until my alpha watcher has vetted and passed it for me. The following is based on spoilers, episode synopses, fan meta, watching scenes on YouTube, songvids, and reading fanfic."

Yeah, you go, girl. The entire essay is about Dean and Castiel and how they are obviously in looooove but the show writes Dean too immaturely to allow them to show it. Also, probably Sam and Bobby are uncomfortable with the idea of Dean being gay. Or at least bi.

So I was like "O.o" reading all this, and then came across this from someone else in the comments: "Also, just as a slightly OT note that I'm sure you be interested in is that it's heavily implied in the last three episodes that Castiel and Crowley had sex to sign their deal." And then my brain made that screeching noise you hear when your car brakes lock up. Fortunately someone asked for clarification so I didn't need to: "It's kinda a one-thing-on-top-of-another situation. There's Crowley calling Cas a whore, which I have difficulty finding another explanation for. Right before Crowley convinces Cas to talk to him in Hell, he says "happy endings for everyone, with every possible entendre intended" and "I'll make it worth your while" is said as though there was a sexual meaning along with he obvious. "Have you forgotten you're the bottom in this relationship?" And there's the fact that Crowley is more powerful than Lilith was, and we all know how you had to seal deals with her...I also just ran into a line I'd forgotten about-- Dean calling Cas and Crowley butt-buddies."

So the insanity levels are just raging out there.

We should build walls to protect ourselves.

Thrive to spite them

What in the world does "until my alpha watcher has vetted it and passed it to me?"

Because books.

Someone watches it for her, and tells her if it's okay for her to watch, I assume. Either for violence or triggers, maybe?
