"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

I didn't find it repelling. I could see from his face how much he was straining. And I remembered Bitey!Sam from sex with Ruby and he looked back to normal so I'm not worried about JP. And by normal I mean, guh.

Besides a week with me and I would turn him into the stay-puft marshmallow man. Exercise? Pfft.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I find that not just unattractive, but actually repelling.

Is there more room in this corner?

Because books.

He hasn't made it to total body-builder status yet, which turns me right off. I think he looks goofy in that picture, because he's flexing and trying to look pumped, but in the show (say, while manhandling Ruby) he looked just lovely to me.

Personally, I think it's almost impossible for guys with swimmer builds (tall, wide shoulders, thin waists) to pack on muscle and simultaneously look good. DB managed it for a few years, but I imagine he had to spend hours in the gym every day to achieve that.

Art Crawl!!!

Well, JP apparently works out every morning. (Per JP at the Chicago con . . . one of the reasons why it takes him longer to get ready in the morning than JA.)

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

I think JP suffers from the current Hollywood waif syndrome. He may be tall, but people who've seen him in person at coms verify that he's surprisingly tiny, especially from the waist down. He looks massive on camera, but that's optics for you. In reality, his shoulders aren't as broad as JA's. And while JA may be more proportionate, he's fairly waiflike himself.

Screen actors, both male and female, need to eat decent meals.

I don't find JP steroidal in appearance, just attempting to put bulk on his frame. Apparently he has a metabolism from hell (insert envy here) and burns off masses of calories just by breathing. This particular picture is sort of alarming, in a comic way. It's obvious he's posing, flexing, and he's still not all that bulky, considering the length of those bones.

I don't find the ripped-ness appealing, myself. A little more padding would be better, to my eye at least.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

but in the show (say, while manhandling Ruby) he looked just lovely to me.

He was excessively ripped there for my prefs, as well. I just prefer a different amount of muscle. Much like I can't stand women who are too thin. It just looks unhealthy to me.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

I am not fond of arms bigger than my head. Nicely muscled arms, oh yes, my, but the gigantor hugeness of muscles....erm, nope.

But I do like the self-deprecatingness of the pix.
