I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

it's a Supernatural con the first weekend of June, Matt. [link]

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

The Nashville con is when the organizers are planning to present Jared with the fan-generated award. I'd love to see his reaction.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

Sometimes I'll be watching Supernatural and they'll focus on JA's face ... and I just sort of sit there thinking how pretty he is.

Because books.

It sort of boggles me that people like Matt Cohen get invited. He was in two episodes!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

He begs for it. But I don't hold it against Aldis, so I'm horrendously biased.

Well, Aldis was in only one episode--plus, he killed Sam! He's a wonderful guest, though, and apparently so is Matt. And Richard is, from what I hear, a great guest, too. I think recurring players are more free to interact with fans present than the Js, or even Misha. Jim Beaver seems to have backed off interaction a bit. And guests like Matt, Seb, Rob, and Richard seem to be taking up that role.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Hey, the one Creation Con I've been to had Camden Toy as one of the VIP guests; I don't think Buffy and angel viewers ever actually saw his face. (And he was probably the most entertaining celeb during the dessert party meet & greet!)

If I end up deciding that I can't swing airfare to the Denver f2f, this might be a good fallback vacation to at least get to hang out with a Buffista or two in person.

I don't know how good my seats will be, Bev, because i'm not paying(and couldn't now if i wanted to anyway) the prices for the gold and silver packages, but i will take video.

right there with you. that scene where he was interviewing the douchebag lawyer in the newest ep is a good example of this.
