Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

Hey, good (preslash) D/C fic! [link] And the Angel said: "Fuck it." And All the Bullshit of Heaven Could Not Convince Him Otherwise by proxydialogue

Great prose, quick moving, introspective and (yet) interesting, and best of all, fresh. Nice bite size.

Jensen won.

SPN is winning shit all over. Now, can it get another season?

Art Crawl!!!

I got email from SPN friends who were at Rome: apparently it was a major clusterfuck with no queuing (she said that the queues resembled less organized flash mobs) - and that stuff was scheduled kind of overlapping so that you had to prioritize rigourously. Also, that Sebastian Roche was v. funny with a similar sense of humor to Misha and that he speaks French and Italian and would speak to fans in those languages and then translate what he said (if the fan asked him questions in French or Italian - you know, not randomly.)

She said that Jensen was more relaxed than she'd seen him before (as born out by video evidence).

I'm still reading her v. long and intense email but will give highlights as I get there.

I hate when you read a fic that was written by the wrong person, or the wrong way. It was an interrupted sex pollen fic, and it just wasn't deftly done, and there was a random casefic in the middle of it. Quite frustrating. I would have liked more of an exploration of the psychology of the issue at hand, but the pollen part was overdrawn, and the frustration and confusion afterwards unsatisfying.

Hmmph.

I think I read that one. At first I was excited that pollen fic would be handled less crackily, and then there was breaking the spell with sex later on that was more offensive than the pollen. And yeah, didn't get the created conflict inbetween.

What was that later sex? Seriously? I get that it was consensual, but how was it hot?

Someone, please fix it.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

It was gross, and the mumbo jumbo setting it moreseo. And then Bal's line to "Get out of him and get out of here!" or whatever was more perturbing.
