I am the fly who dreams of the spider

Clicked on ita's link. Feel dirty and pervy. SSDD.

...all my words have been taken by my work. - Mala

And not to belittle the Movies discussion, but Katniss must be played by Jensen. IJS.

Ahahahaha! And yes.

I refuse to click that link and I can't help wondering at the narcissism behind that kind of move.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

It's really unattractive. I do wonder if the people that think that Misha's a self-obsessed attention whore are having feelings towards him like the ones I'm having towards Seb. I skim through his tweets and...IDGI. He does seem to interact directly with a lot of people, and cool that he's all multi-culti and shit, but good god. Way to coast on C-list celebrity and not even an attempt at wit.

I *guess* if Jensen were willing to wear grey contacts he could be Katniss.

jollysnidge? I've only read the priest/minor AU of hers, and it was kinda weird.

BRB. Glassyskies has updated again...

It's no Voice of the Turtle Dove, for sure. I don't know how much actual self-hatred and self-flagellation and misery goes on with some closeted Catholics, but their relationship and denial in the fic was . . . odd.

I'm currently amidst the "Cas is a hooker" fic.

Because books.

I'm going to pretend I never clicked that link.

If people don't get that Misha is also raising a lot of money for charity, they're not paying attention.

CHIBIS. I think my favorite was a tossup between Cas and Crowley. Although chibi!Dean in socks and chibi!Sam grinning always kill me.

Or if people don't get that Misha tweeting is goofily deliberate goofy slash scathing goofery . . . I think those people hating on him are going in with preconceived resentment over him sharing attention with Jensen and Jared (or, "stealing attention away from").

I love that he wants to use us for evil -I mean, charity.

Oh, god that was jollysnidge too? So completely random. Also, smallest world ever.

The priest story--I don't get the level of denial where cuddling with a male minor is totally okay, and not big gay evil. It just didn't make any sense. I couldn't get emotionally invested in Cas in that story.

If people don't get that Misha is also raising a lot of money for charity, they're not paying attention.

He's doing it wrong, it's all about him, yadda yadda yadda. It seems a lot of energy to care, honestly.

I have no idea why I really like chibi!socks. But I do.

Also, Artmetica? I really like you, but/so don't post within a day of me.

Because books.

Really really lovely vid all about Sam and Dean, just being brothers and there for each other.

There are slashy overtones in the beginning of the vid, to give fair warning.

The vidder says so, but, man, that's a whole lot of lip licking and lip sucking going on in the first thirty seconds. Also, lots of erotic sleeping shots and closeups of mouths. Yeah yeah, working with an already canon homoerotic subtext, blah blah. It's good, but it's way shippy and sensual. Okay, back to watching.

That's slightly not gen. Beautiful stuff, though. Boys!

I pimped Show last night to a friend of my sister's, but asked him not to tell her I did it. And then in the mail today I get a DVD of Arrested Development and Family Guy, so he can totally tell her if he wants. Still, I was mentioning damaged and addicted protagonists, and he was all "What show? I don't watch much TV, but I might check that out."

Which would be one theoretically straight guy for the books.
