Gunn: The final score can't be rigged. I don't care how many players you grease, that last shot always comes up a question mark. But here's the thing. You never know when you're taking it. It could be when you're duking it out with the Legion of Doom, or just crossing the street deciding where to have brunch. So you just treat it like it was up to you—the world in balance—'cause you never know when it is.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

they started the panel with an old ad of a woman singing see the USA in your Cheverolet.

That woman would be Dinah Shore.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I was wondering who that was! I even took a picture of her, so I could ask people.

Dinah Shore, back when she was Fanny Rose Shore, went to high school with my uncle, so we always paid attention to her. She was part of Chevy ad campaigns for years.

Isn't Dinah Pauly Shore's mom?

Thanks for sharing the photos, Perkins!

Because books.

Wiki says no, Bev.

Shore was born Paul Montgomery Shore, the son of Mitzi Shore (née Saidel), who founded The Comedy Store, and Sammy Shore, a comedian.

I remember when Dinah Shore had her own talk show in the afternoons. Back in the Mike Douglas and Merv Griffin days. I clearly watched way too much TV as a kid.

Oh dear, I remember that show too. Patty Duke and John Astin, expecting either Sean or McKenzie. And Susan Saint James talking about vegetarianism, using wooden bowls for all their food and using no leather. Oy, freaky memory. Pauly in Encino Man is a happier memory. Buuuuuddy.

E.online article about the end of S6 and the chance of S7.

It's vaguely spoilery for the last episodes of this season, but the last paragraph says the chances for S7 are pretty good. Yay!
