I forgot to squee about seeing an actual scene with Jensen from Days of our Lives. I wonder if Ari Zucker got any credit because she was the actress in that scene. I doubt it. Hope somebody at least gave her the head up that she was going to be on SPN tonight.
I know...I'll tweet her!
I also liked the discussion about leaving out the last five minutes where the boys talk about their feelings and "Bob Singer" saying, "You take the hate mail." Heh.
Well, except for the part where they were "acting" in the scene - Versailles doesn't have halls long enough to watch that from.
I eat that stuff up with a spoon. Love.
Octocobra! That was it. How perfect.
Jensen's blue steel face to "act" was almost as good as Jared's gestures during his lines. VancouverNights is saying that Cliff played himself and so did the stunt coordinator. So that's kinda cool.
I was very worried when I saw the episode title. So glad that didn't turn out to relate to the plot. Or did I miss some sort of pun?
Quick Kim Manners story from LJ. I'd link but the comm is flocked.
strgazr04 Question--Ok so I've read about this in at least two or three fics now and I can't help asking if this is true or just something we fans made up in a fic. Did Jensen get tonsillitis around season 1 and end up having Kim sit with him in the hotel only to bring him to the hospital? Is there an interview article or con vid that explains this? If that's true, it's no wonder why J2 cared for him so much. How sweet is that!
wolfpup2000 Jensen talked about this in his private Q&A session at the convention in San Francisco last month. I was there and heard it myself, so, yes, it's true.
winsangel Yes he did! I was at that Q&A too, and he was talking about never missing a day of work on Supernatural for being sick. He was sick over the weekend and went back to work on Monday. Kim truly was like a father to them.
Liked it and did not need a hallway. I adored JP's fake acting - he was hilarious. Balthazar and Cas are quite the team together on my screen. More of that. Must rewatch. Now, must go to work, though.

That wasn't Clif their bodyguard. He was Tiny in Folsom Prison Blues. Unless they have a driver named Cliff, as well, someone's confused.
Went and double checked a screencap, and yup, the exterior of "Sam's" mansion is Old Westbury Gardens in Long Island.
I seem to recall an interview wherein Sera mentioned she would be appearing in this episode, but only via voiceover.
I kinda want to segregate the first and last five minutes from the middle.
This.
