Aw, the hostess thinks Misha is "slightly crazy." Unless she hangs out with Sean Young or Phil Spector, that's something of an understatement.

Supernatural 2: Why is it our job to save everybody?
[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the CW series Supernatural! Anything that's aired in the US on TV (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though — if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.
SOCK MONKEY HAT. God, I love him.
Sock Monkey Hat FTW! I can't wait. Have I said that? Cause I can't.
I love what this does to RPF. Now there's Misha, and there's "Misha." There will apparently also be "Gen." And, of course, "Jensen" and the Polish guy, but I don't know if we'll get to meet them or find out about their personalities much.
Do you think people will write "Misha" differently from Misha? Not that I know how Misha gets written consistently, but from looking at the promo, and just by guessing, I figure "Misha" is a lot more silly and doesn't do, say, charity work.
Also, it means that "Misha"/Cas is on the table, as well as "Dean"/Misha and other permutations. Doesn't set off my RPF squick at all, just makes me dizzy. And makes me wonder about all those comms and challenges with strict rules. Now "Misha"/"Gen" is on the table for J2_SPN Bang, but Misha/Gen is not.
The Polish thing cracked me up. And doesn't Jared actually say, "I'm apparently something called a Jared Padalecki"? Or close? Like it's another species! (A giant one.)
"So now you're *Polish*?"
I love that. Like, how must that fuck with your sense of the universe, to find out your brother is somehow a different ethnicity from you all of a sudden?
As well as an alien species.
I really thought it was going to be awkward and mottsy, but I love the preview like cake.
The io9 crew were not feeling the love for the last episode, I see. And it was sort of clunky, although I'm willing to accept way more than most. But the one person who ripped into the Ben actor's lack of acting skill -- I was like, dude, he's eleven or something. Give him a break. I also thought he did perfectly well in his scenes.
Yeah, give the kid a break. He's a kid. I've seen worse from adults.
I did like him a lot more in S3, but that's entirely the writing. The kid's always done a good job with his lines.
I'm not getting the "worse episode ever!" reaction over on IO9. It's probably my least favourite of the season, but I'd watch it again over Route 666 (I can look at stills for the good bits) or the one with Paris Hilton, just for starters.
Trying to work out if I can/should skip bits of S3 with bon. Malleus Malleficarum may hit the cutting room floor.
Aside from Katie and the "short bus" exchange, the *only* good part of MM for me was the reverse-clutch. When have we *ever* seen Dean clutch at Sam for help? Clutch for reassurance that Sam's okay, clutch to help him, sure. But even in Faith, Dean was shrugging off Sam's help. So the clutching made an impression.
I have an icon. Somewhere. May not be loaded at the moment. Of Dean clutching in support of migraine!Sam in Nightmare and poisoned!Dean clutching at Sam in MM.
Clutch, clutch, clutch, the word has lost all meaning.
