I don't get the line between snark and venom that TWOP dances around.
I feel like they vaulted over that line a while back, at least as far as SPN is concerned.
You know whose recaps I would love to read? Mark of 'Mark Reads.' I've enjoyed reading his Hunger Games and Doctor Who recaps immensely. When he squees, it's infectious, and when there is something that doesn't work for him, he explains
why
it doesn't work for him (or bothers him, or annoys him) rather than just mocking it. He really gets that it's possible to love a show or a book and balance squee and critique.
In the interest of full disclosure, he utterly eviscerated
Twilight,
and it was glorious.
