It's good to have cargo. Makes us a target for every other scavenger out there, though, but sometimes that's fun too.

Supernatural 2: Why is it our job to save everybody?

[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the CW series Supernatural! Anything that's aired in the US on TV (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though — if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I love the idea of Ackles playing crazy, and I love this. Due diligence means I should see both--I mean, I saw Devour, right? It can't be worse.

Oh god, no. It's way better than Devour.

I still can't bring myself to watch Jared in New York Minute, though.

Hee. They were both already in my (huge) Netflix queue. When you search on F13, the #1 "more like" suggestion was MBV. I think the fangirls have hacked the algorithm.

Shocker! Not.

I sat through House of Wax, and honestly, I think Devour was more watchable. Also notably minus Paris Hilton.

I think I have Cry Wolf in my queue. I should check. And the SuperWiki was tweeting about some Misha movie over the weekend -- Par 6 ? I haven't looked that one up yet.

House of Wax was...well, I made it through.

I tried to watch The Christmas Cottage, but I fell asleep repeatedly, and I wasn't even doped up like I was for Devour.

I almost feel bad! Didn't he learn to paint with his left hand, or something? If only he'd spent as much care on choosing a script.

Then again, he gets paid shitloads of money whether I watch or not.

Very true. I'm just glad whatever plans there were to make the Kinkaid thing a series were nixed. I got about halfway through it and wanted to throw up, repeatedly.

I love Jared, but I have my limits.

I just added Karla to my instant play queue. Fear for me.

I went to the Paley web site, and they have user submitted questions for each panel. One of the SPN questions was along the lines of "Will you two keep working together after SPN?" I almost felt bad for the asker, but I hope they're no older than 14.

My god, the NPR mix Jesse linked to in Natter just played me "Feel Like Making Love" and I could not work out why I was having such strong Supernatural associations. It's the Dean/Anna sexytiems song...cheeseball.

I submitted (to Mo Ryan) what would both of them do if they couldn't act anymore.

And I love how Dean gets cheesy makeout songs for his love scenes, and Jared just gets the sound of fangirls drooling. (Well, except for Madison, but whatever. I like that song.)

A couple of the Paley questions were all bitter and "See, now the show sucks, aren't you happy?" People don't know how to behave in public.

Speaking of which Jim got in a snitty fight with a tinhatter on twitter, huh? I'm surprised--if he reads spn_gossip, he should know to leave people alone.

Jared just gets the sound of fangirls drooling

That's because we need to hear the FX and shit like "cuff me." Dean's cuffing happens in other contexts (god I love him being restrained).

But Sam is very often restrained as well! Just this morning, after Criss Angel is a Douchebag (Best Episode Title Ever, TM) I was tempted to make a list of all the times Sam has been tied down!

Not tied up, not caged, not in cuffs, but literally tied down to something. There are lots! The zombie doctor one, the Adam one, and ... more. I'm sure of it.

And then I thought about all the reasons you might tie Sam down, and I sort of drifted away into fantasyland.
