I think someone on the writing staff stopped by the "Sam Winchester: Sleep With Him And DIE!" thread at TwoP.
Supernatural 2: Why is it our job to save everybody?
[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the CW series Supernatural! Anything that's aired in the US on TV (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though — if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.
Sam Sex is the common denominator
But the guys disappeared before RoboSam got to town, right? So, sadly, Sam Sex can't be held responsible for their disappearance.
Wait, if we're going to have some sort of giant arachnid I'm going to have to stop watching the rest of the episode.
My guess is they don't have the production budget for a giant spider any more than they did for the dragons last week. We'll get some sinister-looking woman with a Miss Haversham veil.
Oh, SAM. I ♥ you and your fluffy soul. Sob.
Oh, this won't end well.
Aw, fuck.
All of this begs the question - if Samuel was so convinced that RoboSam was the next best thing to a stone cold killer and wasn't really sure he trusted Sam, why was he hunting with Sam at all? Why bring Sam into the Campbell clan?
edited to insert pronouns for clarity's sake
I'm sure Crowley convinced him.
After that I don't blame Samuel so much for turning him over.
