Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

Things I learned over the holiday: My youngest, Joss-Whedon loving sister also watches Supernatural-why was I surprised? And the two Joss/genre loving friends from KC also watch-why was I surprised again?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Things I learnt: My sister is extremely tolerant, but really does wish I'd shut up, unless I'm drawing explicit parallels to her fandoms. Oops.

For Matt. Mrrowr.

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

Mrrowr indeed. Best. Wink. Ever!

I vote for this wink, because it saved the world, but when it comes to hot, the former wins.

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

And Jensen does it with different eyes. He's ambi-eye-ous.

He s-winks both ways?

Ow. That one actually hurt.

But still, he shouldn't wink at Sam with the same eye he lascived at Cas with. It's not appropriate.

New Dean study: Is there a difference in Dean's intentions based on which eye he uses to wink?

Right eye -- Sincerity, trust me, I won't let you down.

Left eye -- Just kiddin'. I love you. Can I touch your wings later?

Someone may have looked into this already. I'll check Superwiki. Guess I'm not eating tonight.

Because books.

I watched that gif too long and Dean started to look pre-seizure. Oops.

God, he is beautiful. And that moment destroyed me.

I think he's left eye dominant, because his left eye twitches more when he does it with his right.

Not that I'm thinking about shit, or nothing.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

Theresa, you crack me up.

Okay, AU fic question: does it hurt or help to place well known antagonists in the show in a fic? I mean, on one hand, the second you mention Gordon or Ansem Weems or someone named Lucy or Bela or Ruby (unless it's *that* kind of fic), you're telegraphing from a thousand miles away that this person is just No Good. On the other hand, I've read fic that is just chock full of original characters, and I honestly can't keep whose who straight, and kinda wish I had an instant face and could remember who was supposed to be shady (I'm thinking specifically of the rather underwhelming "When Black Turns to Grey").

So, telegraphing, or confusion?
