Dawn: I think a date should be in a real fancy restaurant, then champagne at a night club with a floor show, then ballroom dancing. Joyce: Unfortunately, we're not dating in a movie from the thirties.

Supernatural 2: Why is it our job to save everybody?

[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the CW series Supernatural! Anything that's aired in the US on TV (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though — if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Not that they'd want to do that remake. But if anybody did do a remake? Those would be the boys. Clooney and Pitt would probably get first dibs, though.

Yes. That would also be awesome.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

haruslex has deleted her journal? WTF? Where's my stomach-tweaking bleakness going to come from now? Bauble's all Inceptionified.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Could be that "I can't cope" 30-day temporary deletion some people do, some seasonally. Or she could have migrated to IJ, or GJ, or DW, or AO3, if she's not using her LJ for anything but fic. If you're really bothered or curious, you could check her flist and see if anybody knows anything.

How can I check her friendslist? Her journal is deleted.

If you regularly read the comments to her fic, you might recognize some of the journal names who respond. You could check a few of those and see if they have her friended, and if they mention her in recent posts.

Otherwise, I really have no other ideas. Sorry!

Ah, no, I don't pay attention to the names of people who commented on someone's fic enough to tie names to fic I read months ago, and since I read her fic without her being on her friendslist, it wouldn't even occur to me to track her down that way.

Unless mulder200 knows. He comments on every D/C.

Because books.

ita, you could just try another big D/C writer, like bauble. Check her profile and see if haruslex was on there, because it should still be listed, just crossed out, right?

I'm gonna miss her fic, but trawling the BNFs one by one will take me forever. I'm going to have to keep an eye out and do random googling to see if I can find discussion.

She's darker than I truly love (she has fewer happy endings than bauble or sansday), but I kinda enjoyed how she messed me up from time to time.

I hope it's nothing bad.

Well, that's the thing -- no matter what you find out, the fic is still gone, sadly. I know have stuff of hers bookmarked, too. Damn.

Does she post to one of the comms? Can you ask the comm admins, or post a query to the comm?
