Great EP. Umm a minor emergency came up, so I saw most of the post trauma conversation, but missed how Dean got released from jail.

That is how he beat the redcap. He was still in jail. I got an impression from the conversation that the DA let him go but did not catch why.

Because books.

They didn't say why, just that the DA dropped the charges.

Thanks Amy. So the DA got slipped a handwavium capsule.

So it seems that the boys use sea salt in their rounds. Or maybe it's kosher salt. The leprechaun should be grateful that it wasn't table salt.

Maybe having a prisoner in your jail get the hell beat out of him on your watch doesn't look good. The DA might have been worried about a lawsuit.

No one in the cell (that they know of). They probably sincerely believe Dean beat himself up, mostly by running full speed into the cell bars. Maybe they decided they'd rather get the crazy vagrant out of town rather than spend taxpayer money keeping him in jail. Actually I'm fine with their not explaining. Just thought I'd missed an explanation. The boys almost always manage to avoid being held on anything short of capital charges. So really it is OK for them not to detail the means every time. Just thought they had and I missed it.

Seriously, Ben, can you quit with the offensively juvenile gay jokes. I was left cringing multiple times.

Otherwise, I enjoyed that episode a lot and I laughed out loud a bunch.

That episode delivered the most marvelously lecherous Sam to-date. Jared gives great lecherous looks. The microwave scene will forever be a favorite. Jensen was almost too slap stick in his delivery, almost but not quite. For the most part he had me in stitches. The opening credits were brilliant.

The last scene was too much. I may be sick of the impala brotherly moments. ::Hangs head in shame & turns in her Winchester fan badge::
