What we've had is two instances that I can think of that can nebulously be considered mind-reading.
The "You don't think you deserve to be saved" in 4x01, and the knowing "What were
you
dreaming about?" a couple of eps later.
I'd think that if there was angelic mind-reading abilities, there wouldn't be such a disconnect between angels and humans. Cas would have rebelled long ago, and Zacchariah would have been more suave about trying to persuade Dean to say yes to Michael.
I don't think either of those count as corroboration, especially not the dream one, since we know angels can spy on those--there's no indication they can pull thoughts from a conscious mind.
Knowing Dean doesn't think he deserves saving means you have eyes in your face.
Zachariah did a really crap job on Dean, if he had any true idea what was going through his head, and Michael not that much better.
perzaktly.
Also, I am enjoying the Dark Shadows fusion. Also, I have no experience with Dark Shadows, except that it sounds like an awesome show.
PROFOUND BOND, BABY.
I don't mean to throw cold water on your profound bond (or okay, maybe I do), but didn't Dean say that he'd tried to reach Castiel for the entire year before Castiel reappeared, but that Castiel never bothered to respond to him any more than he had to Sam? And then Castiel only showed up when he himself needed something, not when he could help the Winchesters.
That's my recall on it. Cas has been busy with his own business, not on Winchester call, even for Dean. I wonder what tripped that switch, though: Dean taking up hunting again? Sam reveal? Or just Cas' own timing?

Nope. Dean never tried to call Cas that we know of before what we saw in 6x03, and then Cas showed up immediately. Cited the profound bond, and then threw cold water on Dean's face.
But no, no ignored calls in the episodes we've seen to date.

No, Sam said that. Dean definitely had the air of a first-timer when trying to call Cas.
You guys! I am trying to be good about watching the promo, and you are making it all hard and stuff.
Now if GG started hitting the same number of deaths per season, that'd make it really interesting.
I love this idea!
GG is Gilmore Girls in my head, so that was confusing. Although I did want Rory dead once in a while when she was dating Jess.
I wanted Dean dead on GG. The start of SPN was disconcerting for me.
The Dark Shadows fusion is great. I was getting a dubcon vibe off it at the start, but thankfully that's gone away. Don't know the other source material, though.
