...all my words have been taken by my work. - Mala

That was lovely and very melancholy.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

The D/C BB fic "Reaching For The Ground" made me feel like a butthurt SamGirl. Also, Dean said "whore" too many times.

I am way delicate today, apparently.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Having Corin Nemec be a Campbell doesn't help me like them. He's got a smug mug.

I don't trust him. He made Dr. Jackson go away.

Someone upthread (apologies!) mentioned that they were irked at the reveal of the baby, and I was wondering about this watching it, what all the subterfuge was, since I thought it was obvious that it was a baby. And maybe I thought it was obvious because of the promo, or the sneak peak, or the spoilers I saw, or the title that came up on my channel guide. Others completely out of the loop for all of these things can maybe say otherwise. But maybe, I was thinking, the hilarity was supposed to be in actually knowing the entire time that they were discussing a spawn.

It wasn't me who mentioned it upthread, but the baby and then the spawnness of said baby wasn't hugely obvious to me. I try to even blot out the titles on my dvr or tv guide until I can watch. Reading your comment, Juliebird, makes me think that my way is the best way for me with this show. Because it sort of happened when it happened and that works best personally.

Castiel just said he'd not wanted to have sex

Which I think is why I can't buy angel sex in fic. It's generally Cas. Who doesn't seem all angelicly* interested in knocking boots. So it hits my ew.

*Yes, he was having teh sex and doing teh drugs in The End but he seemed far from an angel there. More than he was fading into the humanity of his host body or somesuch.

Just general angels in SPN, eh some clearly do have teh sexy tiem at least with retcon. But fic focuses on Cas and it's not the way I really read the show. So I don't read the fic.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

Cass, by spawn, I just mean babies in general, human and otherwise. But that doesn't detract from your reaction.

Kneel before Glod. ~Stephen Colbert

I don't trust him. He made Dr. Jackson go away.

I know, right?! What a dumbass way to introduce a character replacement.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

I don't trust him. He made Dr. Jackson go away.

BUT HE WAS PARKER LEWIS! AND THEREFORE CANNOT LOSE.

Damn it!

He's a big boy. Who's told Dean no before, and who will tell Dean no afterwards.

So, of course, the plethora of "I told you I wouldn't let you die a virgin" didn't surprise me in the least. Hello, nelly.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Wahh! Matt Cohen cut his hair off for NCIS: LA. This on top of Colin Ford getting all big. Time is messing with my Supernatural flashbacks.

John was in the Marines at some point. IJS.

I caught most of "Fallen Idol" this morning. I hate to break it to Sam, but getting your ass kicked by Ghandi is far, far wimpier than getting beaten up by Paris Hilton. Girlfriend has some scrap in her - just ask Shanna Moakler.

High and tight is not Matt Cohen's look. Def not.

Oh, I'll agree it dispels about 75% of his appeal. But it doesn't rule out future guest appearances as Young John.
