Gunn: The final score can't be rigged. I don't care how many players you grease, that last shot always comes up a question mark. But here's the thing. You never know when you're taking it. It could be when you're duking it out with the Legion of Doom, or just crossing the street deciding where to have brunch. So you just treat it like it was up to you—the world in balance—'cause you never know when it is.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I love that Sam didn't have any reaction to it at all, though. I admit willingly that Crowley is an unreliable narrator, but I put its presentation as more than "erotically codependent" and whatever people think that he was hearing wincest with his demon bug.

Because? Basically? Sam/Brady is hot, and leads to Sam/Brady/Jess. See what I mean by of the good?

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

So I'm checking out the latest Ray LaMontagne album, reading the description, and they mention the influence of Jesse Winchester. So naturally I have to check him out, and he's got a song called Black Dog. Check out the lyrics, it's freaky: [link]

Because books.

Have some completely self-indulgent gen fic about Dean and his stuffed bunny, written by yours truly.

There's some naughtier stuff there, too, Dean/Castiel-shaped.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

As always, Amy, just beautiful.

Aims writes from--and to--the heart.

Not the hair.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Amy, that was gorgeous. That hurt my heart in the best way possible.

Because books.

Aw, thanks. ::blushes::

I don't write a lot of gen, but this one just showed up, so.

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

Amy's stories! ::grabby hands::

ita, I tried the Dobby, but as soon as the 15 year old jumped on the adult, I was too WTF to read anymore. Sam/Brady otoh is totally hawt. I'll give you that one.

...all my words have been taken by my work. - Mala

Amy I loved that story and I love whiskey. Early in the story, you wrote:

Dean always wakes up mildly embarrassed, straddling a vague line between grateful and stinging with nostalgia.

I loved that description and I swear I've woken from dreams myself feeling that exact sensation.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

BUNNY! I'm not sniffling at Amy's story, not at all. (Only by extreme force of will, because I just finished applying mascara a few minutes ago.)

Clovis approves.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Amy that story was sweet and breaky and wonderful. It will hereafter be part of my perceived canon.
