Fred: It's the pictures in my mind that are getting me. It's like being stuck in a really bad movie with those Clockwork Orange clampy things on my eyeballs. Wesley: Why imagine? Reality's disturbing enough.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Gabe was very sexual. What about Castiel makes him other than previously unmotivated?

Dean/Gabriel and Sam/Gabriel are similarly WTF for me, unless they resurrect him and do a lot of groundwork. Pre Hammer Of The Gods I don't think there is a fic author that can sell it to me outside of crack.

Because books.

Sex seemed like one of the temptations in Anna's fall, too.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

Also I'm practically slash blind. D/C does nothing for me. For that matter they do nothing for me seperately. And I still see a strong D/C subtext.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

One of them. I recall chocolate cake was pretty high on the list (same for Gabriel, actually, what with the Trickster's sweets-obsession). I think probably pretty much the entire world of the physical senses was off-limits.

I think one thing that makes Dean-Castiel (as opposed to Dean/Castiel) very interesting to me is that Castiel's probably one of the few friends Dean has had who wasn't Sam. Which is kind of... sad.

Gabriel never fell, though. He still maintained all his mojo, while indulging his senses. Unless you meant off-limit by rule, and not by design.

By rule, even if just the expectations of angelic society.

WTF?

It is easier to be male; women are made to fight too much. Castiel knows that most men are secretly thankful that they weren’t born female, grateful to have been given the easy option. And so Castiel had taken male form as well

I know it's not fair to psychoanalyse someone from one fic, but seriously? I can't even be arsed to stick around and see if the porn is good. That's just such an asinine sentiment for a theoretically omniscient character to have. For ANYONE to have.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

It may not be fair but I am not only psychoanalyzing but declaring a slight bit psycho on the base of one snippet of fic.

No, no thank you.

Because books.

In what world do men fight less than women? In any sense?
