[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the CW series Supernatural! Anything that's aired in the US on TV (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though — if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I don't know if we need fansubs, what with J2 doing voices. It will definitely be available in the US market.

I just don't know on what schedule.

In that case, maybe do like the UK/US Doctor Who discussions?

Tag and whitefont, bookmark for later linking when the blackfont discussions start?

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I blame multitasking but my brain translated fansub into "will air in the US but on a different, later schedule" which is NOT fansub. I wish my fingers would type accurately and not just what I tell them to type sometimes. Forget spellcheck, I need braincheck.

Tag and whitefont does work for me. It seems about what we've done for other things but I've been so out of the loop on most conversations for shows that seem similar (generally BBC stuff) that I might be just guessing.

Then the question would (will) be--when blackfont? Since it doesn't seem it will be airing in the US, two weeks after legal DVD release?

when blackfont?

maybe have that be a "cross that bridge when we get closer to it" deal?

If it doesn't air here, yes.

I mean that seems reasonable and works it out ahead of time which seems the better Buffista way to do things.

this also works for me. I also don't care a whole lot, and am just severely bored right now.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I've seen a few fics with the precise "pretty pretty princess" phrase, and was just wondering if I was forgetting a canon instance, or everyone decided on that together (sort of like Dean hating Sam's hair--does he criticise it onscreen?).

So many fanfic writers migrated from SGA to SPN, I am highly suspicious of that phrase ever having appeared in canon on the latter. I know at one point there were so many fics referring to John Sheppard that way that I wondered if Flanigan had worn a tiara at a con appearance.

AU's are sometimes hilarious with how they appropriate canon lines and give them new context.

For instance, "It's too big. Find someone else, it's not me." No longer refers to the apocalypse, but Dostoevsky. Cracks me right up. Or maybe it's just that it's 1:30 in the morning.

It's 6:30 am and that line is still funny.
