I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

That was a terrific story. The author has a great hand with the character voices.

Because books.

I'm fairly certain I recall at least one con photo where the latter was humping the former.

There was also Misha pushing Jared until he was bent at the waist, and coming up behind him to sign some shirt for an auction. I think that was the one where Jensen had to cover his face and roll his chair away in embarrassment.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Maybe that's the one I'm thinking of instead of Jensen being the humpee.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Most of the moments (barring the recent kiss and the BJ mime) have been Jared/Misha (there's that whole ball fondling thing they have ongoing), so I always think of them as a more viable RPS couple.

Not that viability is key.

Bauble's deancasbigbang story (she's the first poster) is pretty much a textbook example of "too messed up for Lisa, just fine for Cas" post S5 story. It was a decent read. I'm not overflowing with love, but I'll probably bookmark and would read again.

I've missed this "ball fondling." I think I'm okay with that.

But of course, I'm here, so I'm going to bring you into the loop forcibly.

Misha complained last season that Jared would try and mess up his takes by playing with his balls. I think there's a bit on the S5 gag reel where he indicates that it's happening right that moment. I seem to recall Misha returning attempted distraction in kind.

Good god. BOYS.

When Misha Collins, who plays Castiel, the rogue angel, is asked about his acting techniques, he sighs. "Here's what it is. Usually it's just me, going in there, and as Jared fondles my balls, I try not to laugh. That's my approach to nuanced acting."

and

"When Jared and Jensen Ackles are both in a scene," he continues, "that's when it gets really hard. When you're trying to do your closeup and another actor has his foot in your crotch, it's complicated. Castiel's characterization is just me trying to muscle through being molested, honestly. It happens often. I just need to vent: argh, Jared!"

Sweeties.

Who other than Misha has had regular status in addition to the boys? Did Genevieve or Lauren get that? Jim never did, right? Just recurring?

How so adorably loony, Misha Collins? (I'd totally put one of those hearts there if I knew how to do it.)

I had no idea Misha was listed as a regular. Shows you how much attention I pay to the credits. Usually I'm just looking for episode title and who wrote and directed.

There, enough for both of us.

(♥, by the way)

I'm fairly sure Misha was a regular S5. I'm definite he is this year, and it's only J2 and him.
