We have to see the chimp playing hockey! That's hilarious! The ice is so slippery, and, and monkeys are all irrational. We have to see this!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Eliot/Dean.

I like this game!

I think Elizabeth should have Sam and not just because she shares my name.

Not to mess with the Hardison/Parker thing, but I'd like to see Peter cope with Parker.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

I'd kind of like to see Parker and Castiel interact in non-sexy ways. Their intersecting modes of slightly-off could be fascinating.

Cas: Your father disappeared because of demonic forces, not because they didn't love you. Parker, stares at him and starts playing with angel-blade she lifted from Cas' katana-space.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

This was a nicely written fic about Dean's imaginary friend: [link] "In God's Country" by Lassiter.

Because books.

That looks good, Julie. Thanks for the link.

I think what I like best is how the final bit of dialogue is unspoken, isn't written, yet understood, and kinda more awesome for that.

How so awesome, Dean and Castiel? How so awesome?

Because books.

I bookmarked it because I was having a massive allergy attack (a real one -- I think I sneezed about 37 times in a row) but I was surprised to see the author mention Yardley, PA! That's where we lived for nine years.

There really aren't any crappy motels on the outskirts, but still!

Allergy to what, Amy? That's kinda hardcore. I'd be checking for expelled brain matter at about sneeze #17.

I had made up all sorts of depressing things with the fic premise, and although it's hardly cheery fic, I'm glad I was off base.

Interestingly it covers Sam running away in Arizona. I love seeing fanon handle that. Though her way was kinda weird.
