Lucifer possesses Jimmy Novak and pretends to be Castiel and leads Dean far astray. Like, real far. PTSD, Stockholm syndrome, the whole deal. I had to skim bits because I didn't want to imagine all that trauma.
Supernatural 2: Why is it our job to save everybody?
[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the CW series Supernatural! Anything that's aired in the US on TV (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though — if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.
Oh, holy mother of crap. Yeah, no thanks.
I peeked, I couldn't help it, so I bring some sweet schmoop for the first time Dean says "I Love You" to erase my own and others trauma: [link]
After three parts, I have to admit the whole thing feels kind of rushed.
Hee. I offer up some crack too. I'm not even telling you the title: [link]
Then I read the remix: [link] and it punched me in the gut.
So now I gotta go re-schoop. Or at least porn up.

I have to say, I'm just glad she didn't write more of the hurt. And the comfort? It's weird. Cute. But weird. But enough? I'm not thinking so.
Luminous, Plei?
I just found awesome non-AU RPS! I think it's hysterical that all the non-AU stuff now includes Gen and Danneel. Imaginary happy group sex for the win!
Okay, I'm up for ita's crack after this line alone: " What is his rate of success ?"
ita, ever read "Consequences of Falling" [link] by pandarus? It's awesomely huge, fantastic whump and the most wonderful Dean/Cas hook-up, followed by tons more pain and angst (but, like, the fairly tolerable/non-explicit kind --pain, that is). I love this one.
I have read it (I can't believe Fay had been writing D/C this whole time, but I sure gorged when I found out--I hope she doesn't give up the fandom and the pairing, because she's awesome). But it's definitely worth a re-read.
Yeah, Luminous. It fails to actually earn either the hurt or the comfort. The plotting is choppy, the characterization is forced at best, and it feels more like a first draft than anything complete. Still, she used the correct form of rein in free rein.
