Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Dollhouse is definitely a show with ambitions. I liked it in the end, although...there were problems. But for just the performances of some of the stars--Enver, Adele, Fran, Harry and the material Joss gave them? Yes, it was definitely worth it. And when it became apparent he had to wrap things up in S2, he went balls to the wall in Jossian style, and I loved all the whiplash of it.

Plus, just plain disturbing premise, which I more than appreciate.

Even Eliza came into her own.

But mostly? Enver. Such a find. So freaking amazing at everything they gave him to do, and they gave him a LOT.

Does this mean no tattoo site?

Sigh.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

I totally bought Russian mob. And then he turns up as a completely believeable MIB. And the gigolo. And I nearly died of squee at TOPHER!

I was so disappointed at his shot on Lie to Me, even if he was married to Jo. Only one character! He brought as much depth as he could find, but they didn't give him a lot to work with. And we're used to Victor.

Yup.

Written one-dimensional, both of them.

Yeah on Lie To Me he went back to his bread and butter of PTSD. He does it well, but it's all the other notes I want to see him hit.

Randomly, I found a selkie fic: [link]

Oh, nevermind, the selkie was just a brief intro to D/C porn.

...all my words have been taken by my work. - Mala

I had big issues with Dollhouse but I think Epitaph 1 & 2 did a good job dispelling a lot of them. Sadly, they came late in it's run and really Enver was the only reason I kept watching.

He is amazing. My God when he slithered around in that disco club I was stunned he was the same guy who played a Russian mobster. I thought he was a Russian actor in that first ep. His accent was that convincing.

I think you can see Epitaph 1 & 2 without watching the whole series. They're not the showcase for Enver that other eps are however.

I would LOVE to see Dean in the Dollhouse, esp. if some of his Sam & hunting memories surface. In fact, I'd love to see Dean replace Echo in a story. Cas can be an Alpha-like character. Yes, I'd like that. Sam can work with Alpha-Cas. Oh someone must write Dean Dollhouse. Oooh he could be a Sierra-type too - and have a little romantic diversion with Enver. Yes.
