I will admit I am voting for delivery at least as much as content here. I just don't love narration and I get how it was Kripke as godwriter and all, which was cool for the scene. But this is where I start voting for The Quote of the Season, and it's the boys for me.

Very good point Cass. The way the wrong headed folks are voting neither of the final quotes would come from either of the boys.

I think either of the quotes I voted for would be touching and wonderful quotes for S5 and would round out the character quotes for the series nicely.
The "laid" quote is awesome, but it's not as poignant as the impala or Ellen and her meta quote.
