Okay, I admit I am afraid to ask but... I've read a fair chunk of SPN fanfic but I'm not sure what "HONK" refers to. I'm assuming that's a car horn and not a goose, but other than that I'm at a loss. At least it's not taking itself seriously. I did read some fic in which it seemed that Castiel having his way with the Impala's gearshift (which is on the steering wheel, if memory serves) was supposed to be something other than appalling.
