Uhg. Not what you need.

Dear mac,

I love you dearly, and mom is gonna be there tomorrow and the next and the next. Go bug the grandparents, and by that I mean, go find a nice quiet game to play and have a good time and early bedtime.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Somehow I woke up this morning looking like death warmed over despite 9 1/2 hours of sleep. Felt OK though, so I think it was residual signs of weekend headaches.

Stopped by the rib joint next to my pharmacy just before closing time tonight and lucked into a full rack of ribs for half rack price.

“Not dead yet!”

Dang, I was hungry before. Now I'm drooling. Maybe I can blame it on the dog.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Can it be Thursday yet? My shoulder kills. I really want this nerve-destroying procedure done ASAP.

Because books.

Poor msbelle. I hope you get some good rest tonight. And mac probably held it in all day, you know? Which doesn't make it easier to deal with, but I bet the noodle was worried.

ita, were able to reschedule everything today? Car trouble is always so unexpected and infuriating.

I cabbed it to my doctor's appointments, but still have to do the banking and groceries.

I just can't face taking the car getting and getting the bill, ya know?
