Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I don't use Twitter, so I can't tell - is this a good, bad or funny idea?

Washing machine sends messages to Twitter when the clothes are done...

Under a picture of Saturn's moon Mimas, it says

Aside from one crater, everything on the moon is named after people and places in the legend of King Arthur or the Greek legends of the Titans.

Another blog says that one crater is named "Phil."

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

I want to make that sheet cake. nom nom nom.

So we took N and my mom out to dinner at Oinkster. The last time we went, sarameg was with us. They serve their fries with a really yummy garlic sauce. That time, N watched us all dipping fries and he wanted to try.

Tonight he ate an entire container of the garlic sauce by dipping his fry and putting it in his mouth to lick off the sauce. Repeat (he double dipped in his own container). He also ate some of the pulled pork and the hamburger and drank more than my share of the milkshake.

I wonder if his little tummy will be upset tomorrow?

I'm watching Loki futilely attempt to knock over the water jug/dish. Since it is bungeed to a table leg, he can't. But OH, he tries.

How come I get the destructo-kitties??

“Not dead yet!”

Shag, like the one where the girls take a roadtrip and do the dancing contest, and all that? I haven't seen that movie in YEARS, but we loved that movie in college! OMG, now I really want to see that again!!!

Oh my goodness, with Phoebe Cates and Page Hannah and I can't remember who all else, but it takes place on the Grand Strand in Myrtle Beach.

Our wings are not tired.

Home now (eta: other home--I realise I refer opaquely to my apartment and Jamaica both as home)

Yeah, I hesitated to use the word home because of the double meaning. I thought of you on Christmas day because I spent several hours talking with a Jamaican woman that just moved here about 2 months ago. She married a friend of ours. She is adapting to both being married and changing countries. The married part is easy enough, but the address change a bit tougher. She lives in a very suburban area outside Orlando so that is much tougher than my area as far as having a diverse population. I hope they get down our way frequently to play. They are about 90 min away. Her DH used to be at my house shooting pool with Brendon almost every week. I know she is a bit homesick, but the whole newly married bliss thing is a stronger force.
