lazy man's dinner. pot roast cooked in picante sauce,w tih onions and garlic. foil wrapped sliced potato baking in oven with olive oil, onion and and garlic, parmesean to be added at last five minutes. Zuchinni grape tomatoes & onions, baking with wine, honey and garlic. All put up and turn your back and come back later. Everything cooked in dishwasher safe dishes: clean up will be ten minutes.

Umm most of the time is food sitting in the oven. I mean, we are talking fifteen minutes prep, and ten minutes cleanup. OK, yeah there are frozen dinners, but this a company meal. For having guests, this is pretty damn lazy.

mac ended the year at 4' 4" tall. just shy of 6" taller than he was in 2006. 2 years, 6 inches. At this rate, he will pass me in 4 years, at 11.5 years old.
