ION, we have had second Christmas - in Brooklyn. Have eaten and I am seriously ready for bed. mac, less so.
I scored some excellent stuff this year: memberships to MOMA and AMNH, a beautiful MOMA scarf, some canisters, some earrings, 4 glasses of my crystal, a sigg bottle, socks, and a battery charger.
Kristen is in the kitchen burning herself on the roast beast.
My dad got my nephew an ATV. There were no other gifts that mattered after that point.
My niece was terrified of the pig I got her, it made her cry. It was a No Win xmas for Auntie.
oh my.
KR - my brother gave Vampire People as a gift this year, I meant to tell you last night when I found out.

Two questions: was it a live pig? and how old is the niece?
We left my aunt's Christmas dinner early because I have a headache--or rather my sister and I did. We drove in separate cars because my father forgot my scent sensitivity and put on cologne.
Problem is my mother has the meds I need to take before I fall asleep, and they're not here yet.
Christmas at home was...adult. Very little in the way of opening stuff, no egg nog made or special meals. Sparse, I guess, but good.
Oh! They're here. My meds have arrived, with parents.
Yeah for meds! Hope the rest of your stay is less painful, ita.
Yay for meds. Are you going to get some beach time?
Not a live pig, a super soft stuffed animal. Round, beach ball sized, with a little boingy tail. For some reason, my niece is afraid of stuffed animals and no one told me. She's 14 months old.
Vampire People was gifted? Yeah? That's so awesome!
