Merry Christmas!

I think I've established a pattern that to have mind-blowingly good sex, I need to have an extensive dry spell beforehand. Christmas Eve was not celebrated in the usual way, but I'm all for starting a new tradition given how much fun it was.

“Not dead yet!”

I told the kids if they got us up before 8, I was sending their presents back.

They waited until 7:59. I gave 'em a pass for that one.

Scrappy, that is just the sweetest thing I've heard in a long time. Happy Christmas, Thursday, Chanukkah, solstice, holiday of choice, Buffistae.

Y'all rock like rocking things.

Merry Christmas!!!!!

My family called at 7 to make up for the fact that my niece and nephew can't jump on me to wake me up for Christmas as per usual. Also, I had a present with instructions to open first thing--it turned out to be a filled stocking! Sometimes my sister is really just awesome.

Wait, WTF, thunder? I thought that didn't happen here!

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Merry Krimble and a Joyous Thursday to all the wonderful Buffistas. Knowing you all is a gift each and every day.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I'm already looking at store online for an artificial tree. I think mac and I will be out early to try and get a bargain on one. Unless I find a great deal with cheap shipping online. If anyone has a rec for a store or brand, let me know.

Merry Christmas/Chanukah/Solstice to everyone!!

msbelle, I got my fake tree at Michaels the day after Christmas for half-off. I found out the following year when I opened it that it had been used before it was returned (remnants of blue garland in the box), but it's a perfectly fine tree.

I'm doing laundry right now, but should be done in time to get to Dad's by 2:30 or so. Dinner isn't until 5:00, so my sleeping in wasn't a disaster.

As Teresa Nielsen Hayden says,

"a silly but irresistible practical joke: a solemn procession of the clergy of the Lutheran Church of Iceland, with an additional participant quietly joining the end of the queue."
