Am I the only one scared? Seriously, if I had walked that street I'd run away.

I can't believe I was dressed before 7am this morning, when I'm only leaving the house around 11:30am. This is wrong, but will save me time. However, quality time with pajamas was denied.

I got to spend most of the day with just my Franny, which was nice. Played a bit, read a bit, did a bit of house work and baked cookies. And made sugar cookie dough to bake tomorrow. I should finish up the wrapping tonight and then I should GO TO BED.

Egad, tomorrow is Christmas eve!

Potato/apple latkes (from my mom)

6 potatoes
3 apples
Sugar
Vanilla flavor
2 eggs
Flour

Grate/food processored the apples and potatoes, drain the juices out of it. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla flavor and flour. Fry. You can serve with maple/cream.

I made latkes for dinner tonight with scallops and asparagus. They were pretty tasty. I think I want to add green onions next time, though.
