Wash: So, two days in a hospital? That's awful. Don't you just hate doctors? Simon: Hey. Wash: I mean, present company excluded. Jayne: Let's not be excluding people. That'd be rude.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

There's cream cheese in mine.

baking word problem:

each section of dough yields two trays of cookies. each tray holds 12-14 cookies. It takes me 5 minutes to roll out and cut the dough and 7 minutes for each tray to bake. If I have 1.5 sections of dough left, how long before I'm done?

Mmm.... Want brownies!!

I have enough peripheral heartbreak, thankyewverymuch.

Liese is me.

Also, Target at 7 on a Sunday night before Xmas is not as bad as I thought it might be.

I'm having issues thinking of something good for my secret santa buffista.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

24 minutes. Half a section of dough takes just as long as a full one.

eta: Errrr, maybe not. You didn't say whether you could bake more than one tray at a time, but assuming not, I suppose that you could be prepping the 2nd tray while the first is baking.

Wow, I can't even do baking math.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Missing variable! How many trays fit in your oven?

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Super gooey brownies, yum. I always make mine squidgey.

Random question:

For those of you who use bathmats in your bathtub, how many of you lift up the bathmat off the tub between uses?

ah, I could bake more than one tray at a time, but I won;t because I only have one baking mat. Also, I can only roll out half a section at a time.

I think the answer is that the third section gets baked tomorrow night.

Noah had tons of fun in Idaho.

Including snowblowing the drive with grandpa and doing chores on the farm (yes. I know he needs a helmet. Tell that to grandpa) and making cookies.

I'm so glad they are home.
