It's simple. I slap 'em around a bit, torture 'em, make their lives hell...Sure, the nice guys'll run away, but every now and then you'll find a prince like Spike who gets off on it.

I know a few people who took today off (but didn't like, just suddenly "call in gay"...they planned in advance and said "hey, I'll be taking Wednesday off" with or without mentioning the gay part). I was going to, coincidentally, since I had vacation days to burn this week, but then I had a teleconference scheduled, and figured meh, I'll take them Thurs/Fri instead. ...since I work from home, it's not exactly a big impact, anyway.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Sadly, I didn't call in gay today. Wish I would have!

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Not sure if I like the Remote Buddy: [link]

Remote Buddy Stylish vertical remote holder has four seats to store your most used remotes in one convenient location. Also has a handy cup holder for one drink. Color coded, one touch buttons work in conjunction with specific remotes to help you locate lost remotes. Just push the button on the base to signal lost remote. Modern design adds a futuristic touch to any decor.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

The supposed reason my mother has never been back to Juarez, a mere hour away, is due to her pregnancy with me.

And she's afraid she'll run into the Father?

(Sorry. Too many daytime talk shows.)

Ann, that's a ferret.

I'm at work today. I'm out of use-or-lose for this year, and I don't want to cut into the cushion any more than I already have. If I had the leave time, I'd probably have arranged to take the day off without comment.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I just got back from a week-long vacation and had to take a personal day for a funeral the week before that, so felt it was perhaps wise not to miss a status meeting by calling in gay.
