If any of you were headed to London to see David Tennant in Hamlet, cash in your plane tickets.

He's hurt his back and can't perform. But Patrick Stewart's still there.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Also the kitty toys at PetCo that say Cat Toys (large font) for cats (smaller font). Loves!

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

The Mysterious Benedict Society

buy it buyit buy it. for the nephew. Honestly, I think the book is advanced for the average 9 yr old. There are things that my 4th graders ( from my book club ) would just miss. -- I find amazon puts a lot of books in the 9-12 range that might be ok on a numerical reading level for that group , but interest or emotional level is higher or lower.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

They're saying that Candidate #5 is Jesse Jackson, Jr.

That was my first guess.

So who will get to appoint a Senator, presuming Blago doesn't try to do it from his cell?

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

The Lt. Gov, assuming Blagojevich steps down.

I've bought one copy for my 9 yr old nephew. I don't think it'll be beyond him. But what about a freakishly smart 12 yr old?

That press conference surprised me. I guess I was expecting a dry list of charges from the FBI instead of Patrick Fitzgerald talking about Lincoln rolling over in his grave.
