Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

LJ is indeed borked like the Swedish Chef.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Hm. Mr Debunker mentions his referrer logs. I suspect we may get a visit from him.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

(catching up)

Sophie Renwick's VELVET HAVEN, the first in the paranormal Annwyn Chronicles series about dark gothic shape-shifters and the kick-ass heroines who meet and mix at the Velvet Haven goth club, to Tracy Bernstein at NAL, in a nice deal, for publication in Winter 2010

::waits for Jilli's head to explode::

So, anyone know if this Sophie Renwick person has any knowledge of what goth clubs are like, or if she's just going to make up Darque and Deviant details?

:: mutters about the co-opting of her social scene, goes to make a soothing cup of tea::

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

well the day was semi-productive after the morning of phone calls and tv watching. I ordered some gifts online, went out and exchanged a gift for mac, looked for another gift at 2 stores, bought a gift at a still different store, finished getting the lights on the tree (350 ft worth) and watched a wee bit more tv.

I am a bit peeved that netflix watch on demand is not working on my iBook when it seems I meet all the requirements.

Now I think I need to for real finally get some toys listed on ebay. I cannot believe that I am getting no interest in mac's bike for sale on craigslist.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

You might have to wait until spring to find a parent interested in hanging outside?

Wow. From the school newspaper site, there's an interview with Jones from after his tenure was denied. I'm surprised the debunker guy doesn't use anything from that on his website -- Jones comes across as fairly nuts. Very "Power to the People," and saying that he's not strong enough for non-violence, and has no faith in society, and he's dedicating his life to the Revolution and doesn't expect to be alive in five or ten years.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Comments in the Chicago Tribune on the Chapter 11 filing included this:

Just the other day I wrote a research paper on Media Ownership with a primary focus on Mr. Zell and the Tribune Co. To stumble upon this news just days after writing about how I felt his business plan/model would be great for the company, makes me heartbroken. As a student of Loyola University-Chicago's School of Communications, the worry I feel about graduating and seeking a job is stress beyond belief. I sincerely hope the job market for current journalists and students interested in the profession, increase and the worry about repaying my student debt won’t be in vain.

Oh, dear.

About half of the comments were people bitching about the format change and/or the paper being too liberal. Seriously? No one thinks the fact that Zell & Co borrowed more to buy the company than they could pay back might have more to do with the situation?

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Also pretty much claims that Jews control wikipedia.

Really? Kudos, Jews.
