Willow: Yes. Hi. You must be Angel's handsome, yet androgynous, son. Connor: It's Connor. Willow: And the sneer's genetic. Who knew?

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I love the commenter who says it's wrong on the grounds that semen should be savored straight and not adulterated with other ingredients.

But I hope it's a joke.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Wow, Cashmere, sure glad you had the buyout as one of C's negotiated perks.

I know! We'd have been royally screwed.

I read a product review in Bust this month of a suppliment that's supposed to make semen taste good but the reviewers stated it didn't work.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Okay, so he's definitely no Joshua Jackson, but James van der Beek is on One True Hill this week, and he made me laugh really really loud in the first minute he was on the screen.

"What kind of magical sunshine and lollipop world do you live in? Because you need to be medicated."-SFist

oh and remember that thing where I had never had an account with the gas company, but my gas has been on for the 6 years I've been here, and then I got all signed up and they turned off my gas instead of just setting up the account and billing me? Well the gas got turned back on in a few days and today I got the 6 year bill.....almost $700. YAY?

Sadly, I think it is a yay. You got off cheap. When I lived in NY my gas bill was generally about $15 a month. Which I always thought was ridiculous for one appliance, but, then again, I hate electric stoves.

“Not dead yet!”

I love this Fug: [link]

Well, she commits to the bombast is ALL ways. I mean, damn-- it's impressive solely for the fact that it makes a Baz Luhrmann production number look conservative by comparison. That's something.

Dani linked to this on her LJ. I am not convinced it is real: [link]

Ew.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

That cookbook has to be a joke. "Available in many, if not most homes and restaurants"???

Ugh, msbelle. They can't possibly want it all at once??

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Generally, the gas company around here is very reasonable about setting up payment plans and so on -- both becuase of local law and a couple sad cases where poor people died from hypothermia when it was turned off in the winter. Your NYC gas company may vary.

But it seems to me that since part of the problem is that they didn't bill MsBelle correctly for 6. freakin. years. that they could afford to be a little flexible in how fast she pays them back.

Me, though, if I had the money, I might just pay it all in one go, to get out from under it.

Speaking of calling people and bargaining, a little -ma would be appreciated this morning as I have to call the unemployment people -- mostly that I get THROUGH to them, because I've been trying for most of 3 weeks now and becuase of the way they've scheduled call-ins, I'm supposed to call on Thursday or Friday and what with school, haven't been able to call before 4 PM... when the auto-message has been set that they're too busy, please call back next working day.

I've resorted to entering the wrong last digit on my SSN. But yesterday at school there was a 44 minute wait (I thought to try on my break) and by the time I got home and got through with the Junk guys, the auto-response was already up... even though they had extended hours until 6:30 because of the holiday week.

This could have been Liv. She tends to keep toys in her pants.

Ugh -- the only things I have to do at work today are unpleasant, and I'm not in the mood!

Crap. My eldest sister's nephew died in an industrial accident. 24 years old with an infant daughter. He was a maintenance man at a foundry--he was crushed under a furnace he was trying to fix/move. Poor kid.
