Buffy: So how'd she get away with the bad mojo stuff? Anya: Giles sold it to her. Giles: Well, I didn't know it was her. I mean, how could I? If it's any consolation, I may have overcharged her.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I really hope that having a bigger majority gives the Dems the balls to ask Leiberman to do some anatomically unlikely things.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

So, I never really had lunch, and now I'm hungry! But if I eat a meal now, what does that mean for dinner?? Life is confusing.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

A while ago I made this really yummy crockpot recipe I found on line. It included sausage, lentils, potato, carrots, maybe spinach, and I would swear to god curry powder. But I can't find the recipe and it was sooooo good. I am pretty sure it is not this one, because this just does not sound as good-- [link] but it is the only one I can find. And I have the sausage now!

If Lieberman wants to stay an Independent, then he should lose his party senority, IMO, He can caucus with whomever he likes but he can't be a committee chair.

information libertarian

Lieberman is weird. And I say that as someone who voted for him, once upon a time.

I am STARVING. And at work. mr. flea and the kids are showing up at 5 (but knowing him 5:15) with fast food or pizza so all I have to do is not eat my arm in the next hour. It may be a challenge.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

If you're watching the first season of West Wing, you can skip past anything with Mandy. That'll help.

Was there ever an explaination for her disappearance? Or was she like Chuck Cunningham?

Both Obama and Biden's seats will be filled by the governor of their respective states. Biden may not resign from his position until after he's made veep, which would allow a Dem governor to replace him.

Gee, that's going to be tough, what with the Vice President being in charge of running the senate... t eyeroll

Yeah, absolutely.

I did make some food -- a chicken puttanesca made up thing, with pasta. I will check back in at 9, when I'm sure to be starving again.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Trudy, there was never any explanation of her disappearance or even reference to the character ever again.

I had...cereal for early, before-rehearsal dinner. I shall likely be munching afterwards.
