They definitely have a pet specific Roomba. And you know, there's this weird trash can thing that senses when there's a pile of dirt brushed up next to it and vacuums it in. Surely there's a way to program a Roomba to dump its dirt next to the vacuum trash can thing, and we'd never have to clean again muwhahahahaha...

Wow, he looks like he's doing Graham Chapman's one-man wrestling match routine.

Apparently the Roomba Dirt Dog is also excellent at picking up pet hair (as long as you DON'T have carpet -- if you have hardwood/laminate/tile/linoleum/snooty marble floors/whatever, the Dirt Dog goes to town). It also costs way less than a vaccuming Roomba, since it's only a "sweeping" Roomba.
One day, if the nuns ever pay me for the newsletter, I'm planning to get a Dirt Dog (and name it after the nuns).
(and name it after the nuns).
Ursula?

Ursula?
You got it!
So I guess I should be a bit embarrassed that I agreed to go see Twilight this weekend with a friend of mine. I could say I did it because she's been down and needs the outing. I could say I did it to avoid grading. But I kinda did it because I'm curious.
Hmm. Maybe I want a Roomba for Christmas! Some of them are not as expensive as I would have thought.
I just realized why my day is dragging so badly -- I had my 2pm meeting at 11am!
I want a Roomba, but Aims is convinced I'll try to mount a tiny death-ray on it and terrorize the cats.
She's not wrong.
Oh - who asked which dog walks across the backs of its herdees? It's an Australian Kelpie. I would also like to share this pic of an American Akita.

Me!
It's an Australian Kelpie.
Cool.
Do they like to walk on top of people if no cattle are nearby? Perhaps owners should get a herd of giant Roombas?
