And I wonder, what possible catastrophe came crashing down from heaven and brought this dashing stranger to tears?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

... except the "artist's interpretation" is amusing.

Yeah, that's funny. But in the US, don't we spell it overdraft?

Oh, man. I got into a pretty significant slap fight with someone I work with recently -- ended up with my big boss calling her big boss, etc. Apparently now we're BFFs -- she just signed an email to me with just her initial. Classic.

Oh, snap! I'm pretty sure if my parents have an argument it's that I abandonded them, which is semi-true.

Well, the argument might have been more effective if some of the picture books weren't from when she was almost 10 (she's six years older).

“Not dead yet!”

Oh God, y'all-- tell me to step away from iTunes. Clearly, I'm testing immersion theory when it comes to music-- Dusty and Young Rascals and Vince Guaraldi, it's like a fever.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

egad, I am way too tired for it to only be 1:15. I have another class to teach.

I don't think I'll make it without coffee.

Due to the overexposure of the angled bob, I'm not sure what to do with my hair. It's long enough that it's getting all up in my face when it's windy, but too short for a ponytail.

“Not dead yet!”

Those of us in the process of divorcing our bobs need to figure out how to create a Dusty. [link]

Bet that sucker doesn't move in the fiercest windstorm.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Due to the overexposure of the angled bob, I'm not sure what to do with my hair.

Same here, and I have an appointment for Thursday. I might go back to the Xtreme Angled Skater-Punk haircut, but I might be tired with that look.

Aww, I love all those books!! And I still have a few of my favorite Danny Dunn books! I liked the anti-gravity one where he accidentally went to space. And the one on the desert island.
