In less odiferous news, I'm feeling overwhelmed. I have a mountain of work stuff that I'm not making much progress on, and the summer is looming at me. The latter is all good, but it is just huge and I'm a little scared about getting everything done and it all working out.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

sara - it will all work out. I think we should come down in Jan for open houses.

Maybe by then I'l pick a realtor and can be a little less haphazard.

Or I go to the bank and get told that the market is such a mess, even with my great credit can't qualify for a mortgage (latest fear.) I'm trying to figure out how to fake* save money right now.

*= I save now, but don't really track it, just arbitrarily transfer from checking to savings when it reaches a certain level, so I was thinking consciously moving money around on a schedule, regardless of what's in checking. Unless it is zero, of course. And I WILL do FSA for the dentist this year. So that's a form of it.

Which reminds me, I should call the dentist's office and get a guesstimate of what my OOP might be for 3 crowns with my shitty insurance.

I have to do the dependent care FSA stuff this year. I think.

Noah is done with me. He is chewing on his brush and making adorable noises. He's tired but is 30 minutes too early for bed. I gave him toothing tablets because growing new molars is a bitch!

Had a good day at work today. I will be excited when this unit on Tragedy is OVAH.

Speaking of which, tommyrot, thank you so much for the books! They got here yesterday which was just in time. You ROCK!

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I got to hang with Noah, and he is a learning machine! Also wicked cute.

I have until Monday night to figure out benefits crap. I fear I'll discover this weekend (when plan to do it) that my dumbass corporate owner's website won't play nice with my browser and I'll have to do it at work monday. I hate dealing with their shitty web interfaces.

I promise to commiserate with Noah on tooth pain. He gets teething tablets, I have a vicodin prescript.

I'm actually going to propose to my parents that they count Bhutan as their gift to me for like, the next 3 years. But I know I'll still get earrings and books from 'em anyway. Mom does good gifts and likes shopping.

I actually have a list of stuff for them that I compiled when they were here. I just have to get out and get that stuff. For my brother & co...well, I was going to give them moving moneyhelp and pitch in for new furniture, but then that $$ went to an emergency car purchase loan and I won't see that money back for a bit, so. Kids'll get the usual foo. And CRAP. I forgot to send the SM4 Hubble throw back with my brother. It was even in the car. Feh. Maybe I'll get my parents to let me go in for a share of some new furniture for them.
