Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Boris Becker. Blond in my book. Not sure what strawberry means.

I could drink legally--well, almost all my wanting-to-drink life, because of growing up in London and going to university in Quebec. I was shocked by the underage drinking culture I saw in Michigan--not necessarily that they drank more than we did at the same age, but it was all covert and held higher risks of drinking and driving.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Made with Everclear, which was illegal in Ohio, so people would drive to Indiana to buy it, along with beer at low low Indiana prices.)

It was only fair since Hoosiers had to drive to Ohio to buy beer on Sunday.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

I dated my first bartender at 17. Occasionally they would have me run errands or work the door. Some of my HS friends were not happy when they showed up with their brand new fake i.d.'s

Art Crawl!!!

There are an appalling number of shows that I loved on this list of shows that were cancelled too soon.

“Not dead yet!”

Homefront. I still miss that show and on occasion, break into Ac-cet-chu-ate the Positive, just because...

Also: young and pretty Kyle Chandler. And John Slattery in one of the best roles ever.

Is that the EW list, sumi? Because Firefly is conspicuously absent.

Does anyone use Credo Mobile? They will buy out contracts so I thought I might switch.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

John Slattery in one of the best roles ever.

OHMYFREAKINGGOD

Yes, I only just made that connection. Damn, I haven't thought about that show in forever and it was one of the best.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Blond in my book. Not sure what strawberry means.

Strawberry = reddish blond, or blondish red. He looks like a pale blond with a lot of warmth in the color, going more gingery as he ages, but I'd still file him just this side of what I think of as strawberry blond.

"What kind of magical sunshine and lollipop world do you live in? Because you need to be medicated."-SFist

Damn you, wee Megan!

I have been called many things, never wee.

I was very popular my last semester in college, because I was legally 21 and could buy the booze.

I was very popular in my prep school because my passport said I was born three years earlier than I was and I kept getting grandfathered in as the drinking age rose.

High school – Vodka and orange juice
College – Gin and tonics, mostly, but wine coolers in the school pub because the drinking age was 18 for beer and wine and 21 for hard liquor in DC (so they only served what most of the people could drink).

Megan, its like Twinkies for grown-ups...

Um, you remember I had to be force fed a Twinkie in college because I had never had one as a kid right?

Speaking of which, I knew a guy my sophomore year who tried to make a project of getting me to drink beer, starting with high-end stuff (or what we thought was high end) and working down to Milwaukee's Best. I think I stopped at Beck's.
