Or maybe you could just be Buffy, he'll see your amazing heart, and he'll fall in love with you.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Checking my e-mail a gazillion times is not making the e-mail I want to suddenly appear.

What is the going rate these days?

We get 58.5 cents/mile, bonny.

Checking my e-mail a gazillion times is not making the e-mail I want to suddenly appear.

It'll work, eventually! (Appear ~ma, sj)

Thanks, Sparky. In case you didn't pick up on it the other day, this is the same friend you and I were discussing a few months back.

Eerie, buffistas have some sort of weird magic power. As soon as I hit send on my last post I heard from P's STBX. I still don't know what happened to their marriage or if he is able to pass my concern on to P, but he seems willing to keep the line of communication open. I truly have never seen a couple that was as glowingly happy on their wedding day as this couple was. It just breaks my heart that they couldn't make it work.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

buffistas have some sort of weird magic power.

Maybe you guys could will my lunch into getting here.

Every time we have an office birthday lunch, where we order in, we're always promised lunch will be here by 12:30. And every time, it's more like 1:00 or later.

Right now? 1:34 and counting....

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

JZ and I are home today and so is Matilda. Feh. Her daycare decided to take off Veteran's Day.

But we just got back from breakfast at Zazie's where Matilda had the seasonal-only pumpkin spice pancakes. JZ had the Eggs St. Trop (poached egg on an english muffin, lox, onions, hollaindaise capers) and I had the Eggs Pascal (scrambled with prawns, avocado slices on top, and salsa fresca).

Dear dog,

I love you, but chasing you for 20 minutes so you won't eat the meter reader? So not part of my plan for the day.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

Whole cranberry for my sister and I -- DH and BIL don't eat it. I think DH will eat the can stuff, but it is wrong. orange , cinnamon and a shot of something goes in it.

Sending all the peace toward your mom and your family, Bev.

I remember having those when I came out there for that Halloween O' Debauchery. Those were excellent.

(Everything sounds yummy right now, since lunch is STILL NOT HERE. I just want my soup in a bread bowl, damn it.)
