Simon: I swear when it's appropriate. Kaylee: Simon, the whole point of swearing is that it ain't appropriate.

Spike's Bitches 43: Who am I kidding? I love to brag.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Cakewrecks Sunday Sweets are darling today.

Art Crawl!!!

Those baby dragons are adorable.

And the Cakewrecks blogger is correct: they need to be made into plush toys.

You can't leave me to my own devices; my devices are Nap and Eat. -Zenkitty

It already bothers me that for the Thanksgiving episode of Top Chef, everybody is doing their thing, pretending that it's late November, when in actuality it was June or July or something (there's some kind of seasonal episode every season).

Pretending that you sent your contestant hundreds of miles away in a matter of minutes is pushing it too far.

thank-you! I mean, they never said, "here we are in San Diego" or "lovely Venice Beach" but it's not like those are generic locales.

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

Good luck, Laga.

Thrive to spite them

Rose is in the building. And currently hiding behind the toilet. Or as best she can, she's a full figured kitty.

Actually while the ladies from the foster program were here she did great and was on my lap and everything and then she went and hid. I figure this is normal and hopefully she'll come out.

From what I remember of my "so you adopted a cat" orientation info- it's normal for them to hide for days.

Art Crawl!!!

Aww, poor Rose. She'll figure it out.

Did they leave her a familiar blankie or something?

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

It is. I remember Taz hid behind the couch, then after a while he took to venturing out for very limited times and retreating. Marley hung out under the bed in his room for a couple days.

She will come out eventually, I promise!

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.
