Thanks, y'all. I'm so glad I got Leifur. Waking up with a purring cat is really helping with the rest of the weekend.

Spike's Bitches 43: Who am I kidding? I love to brag.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
(((Calli))) So much -ma for your father and for you.
You should name him. Fluffy, or something like it. Or, you know, something more manly and which implies its deadly napping threat.
Brutus Nappicus Fluffitares Magnificus?
Yeah, don't ask me where that came from.
I think there was more I meant to say, but it went away in flurry of thoughts of the Evil Comfy Chair.
Good morning. Wish me luck.
Luck!
Here's to you surviving today, Laga.
Sean, I hope you find a way to survive long enough to get some actual rest and recreation in.
Well, I kind of got to sleep in a little today. We have two previews today, so they can't really do any tech or anything, so I don't have to be at the theater until show call - which is 12:30 today. And tomorrow I don't have to work at all, but I have billion thing that need doing.
Next week will have some more tough days, but we open on Friday, and they have to stop teching the show once it opens. Everybody's unions say so. I don't have a union, but the actors and designers all do.
Yay for sleeping in! I was reading about Christmas Carol at the Kodak Theatre today and hoping none of you guys had to work it. The article said the show made less than 20% of its potential and the director thinks the only way to make up the losses is to mount it again next year.
Yay CJ! He sure is sprouting up. Black and purple suit him well.
{{Calli and dad}} Lots of health ~ma for him.
Sean, try and get some relaxing in while you have the lighter days. And pick up some portable snacks for the long days!
I have to get productive, but it hasn't happened yet. Except for 45 minutes on the treadmill getting caught up on the last Sarah Connor episode. I was going to head to the office then I remembered that I sent DH to the store to buy me coffee so I should wait until he gets back. He clearly is buying other stuff....
I don't know why this game show I saw last night is still bothering me. I am aware from my gameshow experiences that they made it look like it all took place in 1/2 an hour (well, 20 minutes without commercials) when in actuality we were taping for 45-60 minutes. But for them to say contestant x is going to do a costume change and get ready for his next challenge... and then his next challenge is 130 miles away (yes, I looked it up on google maps) doesn't seem right to me.
