Yeah, it really is gorgeous and perfect.
I'm hoping for flowers and a card.

Thanks, guys. I'm really pleased with how it turned out. I've made some cool things, but this one tops them all.
I'm hoping for flowers and a card.
I'm not hoping for anything. He's taking me out to Finale for fancy dessert, and that's good with me. Besides, his face when he opens this will totally be my present!
Mmm fun. I hop up on stage during rehearsal to re-tape an actor whose mic became free of securing to the face. First they go dark on stage with out saying "Going Dark!"... ok, no big deal. Then they start the turntable without saying "Turntable moving". Went for a ride in the dark. Oh ya. Thankfully it was a slow turn & stop, and I didn't tumble. Yup. I'm awake now.
Though my "flowers and card" post might have seemed like I was wanting stuff, in reality, it's more like I hope he keeps it that simple. Our first V-day together, he gave me a video iPod. Although now that I think about it, last year he gave me Obama's books for V-day. He's good at this!
vw, that looks awesome.
And nope, I'm keeping my hands to myself and my typos to everyone's enjoyment on the public sphere.

Oh, that's awesome! CBD isn't so good at gifts, which is fine. Actually, his mom said that he's been doing a lot better with gifts since I came along, so who knows...
I was making my grocery list when Owen came downstairs and announced that he was changing Olivia's poopy pull up. *sigh*
I'll give him an "A" for effort but a "D" for execution. It took me 15 minutes of searching Liv's room to find the contents of her pull up. (It was in the closet.)
So both the kids got impromptu, afternoon baths.
I think there's a Lily (as in HIMYM) talking to her Marshall at one of the al fresco tables outside my office window. I just heard, "...then I walked through the mall... I didn't buy anything... and now I'm waiting for my food..."
I am very tired and very hungry and they are not giving us meal breaks and I am light headed and woozy and I don't feel good, but I can't do anything because I like and want this job, and want to be asked back again (though I'm starting to have doubts that they will) but I'm tired and hungry and feeling very light headed and WTFF?
So. Today was a busy day.
I bought a new washer and dryer to be installed on Monday. That was an ordeal (kind of), I went to Hhgregg and pushy salesman and so I told them that their sales tatics lost them a customer and I would never shop there again and left.
It probably wasn't all that bad but after first guessing that Best Buy lied to me about their (Best buy's) delivery charge (which Best buy hadn't and I told the guy), he then went into the "let me talk to my manager to see what I can do." Finally I asked to have a copy of the model numbers and prices so I could check somewhere else. "Where are you going, just tell me and I can tell you the price." I told him that, no , I was going to go myself and he pushed and I kept saying no.
Finally I told him that it felt uncomfortable and I was leaving. So I did. I ended up getting my washer and dryer at a locally owned place. But I checked out Lowe's and they weren't pushy.
Also I got a cat. Well she's not officially mine yet, I'm going to get her tomorrow and I'll have her for a week or so until I make sure that it's a right fit for us. I was looking for an affectionate fluffy lap cat and had thoughts of renaming any cat I got to some sort of fannish sci fiy name.
I found Rose -- [link] a fluffy, very affectionate lap cat just waiting to be someone's companion!
