I don't blame them, but all I'm saying that in order to end the siege, there are probably better tactics than this. It's a wonder how both sides didn't get it that more killing isn't the solution.

But in all fairness, not during the truce. But yeah, Hamas are definitely not good guys. Some factions are more pragmatic than others, but I think most Israelis agree that funding them way back when to undermine Fatah was a huge mistake. Not saying it was as obvious at the time... It seems like a lot of the missteps on both sides have come in part from fear of seeming weak to the other side.
Sorry, I thought about the truck-suicide bombing at Erez Crossing, but that apparently happened a week or two before the cease fire started.
