Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Bonny, I'm glad for you that you have such supportive friends. Water seeks its own level.

Bun warmer, huh? I think many of us need this advanced technology. In fact, that may be a new item for me to add to the "When I win the Lottery" list of things to buy.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

I bought my mom a heated seat cover for her car - it wasn't that much $-wise and she LOVES it. Just don't leave it plugged in overnight.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

I was excited when I tried to eat some rice. I did it in the bathroom just so I wouldn't have to run.

Ahahaha! I'm not eating the crackers in the bathroom (because it's COLD in there), but I know exactly how many steps it takes me to get there.

But so far, so good w/r/t Project: Eat Crackers '09.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

My car had heated seats built in. I bought it used, or I would never have paid for the upgrade to do that but now I don't think I'll ever buy a car without it. So amazing. (And not just in cold weather - if you do any distance driving or have back issues, it helps so much in keeping your muscles from tightening up while you drive.)

Also fun to leave it on and not tell passengers about it the first time.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

~ma to your aunt, Vortex.

What a crap evening, Tep! Glad you're doing better.

I dropped Casper off to be fixed and I'm irrationally worried about it. Please let it go off without a hitch. I have a co-worker who lost a kitten when he took it in to be fixed so I think that's why it gets to me.

It's Friday and BSG premieres tonight! Woot!

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Also fun to leave it on and not tell passengers about it the first time.

The first time someone did that to me I thought for a second that I'd peed myself.

amen. I didn't think I'd use it much either, it was part of the package when I bought the car. I will never not have them again. Soooooo toasty. And mine come on automatically. You're driving along, shivering, and suddenly, from beneath you comes this lovely warmth.

Heh. Cars with seat warmers are definitely nice. It wasn't on my list of things to get when I got my current car, but I could see it being on a list of things for a future car, since several of my friends have it, and I have seriously envied it. (OTOH, it's not like I spend a lot of time in the car currently, or am in seriously cold climes now...)

Need my jaw/teeth to stop hurting. Am hoping and praying it is NOT some sort of cavity, but rather that I have been sleeping funny due to this cold or that my sinuses are just continuing to try to escape through my molars, or something. But either way, they've been hurting for DAYS and it's making me crazy.

Mostly lurking...

What I want to know is when is someone going to come up with a heated steering wheel?
