Early: So is it still her room when it's empty? Does the room, the thing, have purpose? Or do we -- what's the word? Simon: I really can't help you. Early: The plan is to take your sister. Get the reward, which is substantial. 'Imbue.' That's the word.

Spike's Bitches 43: Who am I kidding? I love to brag.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

The status is NOT quo.

I, too, am sadly risottoless. However, I am DONE grading (just in time to go back to work, but whatever), so I'm going to be happy anyway.

Kristin! I had no idea of that bit of history of the Statue of Liberty and I grew up in NY. Thank you. I love to learn something new every day.

{{GC}} Take it easy. Better to take off a day now than three later.

beth, please to give the recipe for tonight's mushroom risotto because for some unknown reason I have never made risotto. That is wrong.

red wine:

Fun pictures. I have to say that the move has apparently been good for you, Suzi. You look relaxed and happy. Nice to see.

Also, embarrassed that I posted in Beep Me in error in response to msbelle because I thought I was in Natter. Apparently it is past my bedtime. I start to drift off about 9pm these days. Should really be in bed by 10, but I haven't seen the House repeat I am watching. Back to work schedule tomorrow.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

OK, I've got all my clothes and slides and everything set out for tomorrow. Trying not to panic. A friend and I practiced our talks on each other today, and I made a few revisions based on his comments, so it's not like this is the first time I'll be saying this stuff. (This is actually a version of a talk I've given a bunch of times before, but with a lot cut out because I've got less time, and a different focus.)

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Hil, you are going to be brilliant.

Much ~ma to Theodosia and her mom, and to msbelle and her mac.

You look relaxed and happy

Awwwww, thanks. As long as Belinda is no where near me, I'm pretty good.

House stuff has taken an unexpected bad turn, I'm hoping we can get it back on track tomorrow, but who knows.

All is well that ends in pizza.

This appears to be a good place for a link to Grammar Lesson Fail

You'll do great, Hil. You are well prepared and it is comfortable material if not venue.

Suzi, every single real estate transaction I have dealt with had last minute huge obstacles and stress. Sending bunches of ~ma in your direction for a smooth conclusion.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

pretty sure you'll rock it, hil
